Q: Is a membership required?
Yes, a track licence (membership) is required for only $6.95 and is valid for one year.
Licence perks: 1 Reusable Head Sock ($4.50 value), Free Race on Your Birthday ($30.95 value), Loyalty Points, Personalized Race Results and Access to Sanitized Helmets.
Q: How do I fill out the waiver?
Log in to your account or register for a membership. Once logged in, go to the waiver page and click "Sign Waiver." A link will be sent to your registered email for you to complete the waiver.
Q: How do I sign up my minor for waivers?
A parent or legal guardian must first complete their own registration and become a member. In your account, add your minor's details. Then, click the "Sign Waiver" request. A link will be sent to your registered email, allowing you to complete the waiver for your minor.
Q: How do I send waivers to my birthday party guests?
Waivers will be sent to the party host, who can then forward them to their guests.
Go-Karting
Q: How tall do you have to be to drive the adult karts?
You must be at least 55" tall and 14 years of age or older.
Q: How tall do you have to be to drive the youth karts?
You must be at least 50” (?) tall and 8+ years of age or older.
Q: Do the karts have a weight limit?
- Youth Track: Maximum weight 220 lbs. (??)
- Adult Track: Ages 14+, minimum height 55", maximum weight 300 lbs.
Q: What are the requirements for go-karting?
- Closed-toed shoes are required. No high heels, flip-flops, or sandals.
- Helmets are provided, and you will receive a reusable head sock when you purchase your membership.
Q: How fast do the karts go?
All indoor go-kart tracks are regulated by the TSSA to a speed limit of 45 km/h.
Q: How many laps are included in a race?
Most participants complete 10 to 12 laps, but this depends on individual speed and performance.
Q: Can parents ride in the kart with their kids?
We do not have double-rider karts, but parents are welcome to race alongside their kids on the track.
Q: How many people can race at a time?
A maximum of 12 people can be on the track per race.
Q: What happens if I’m late for my race?
If you are registered and have a race ticket, you are expected to be on the track 10 minutes before your race time. If you arrive late, you will miss your race. While we will do our best to reschedule, there is no guarantee that another time will be available.
Q: What if I can’t make my race time?
You must notify Volt Raceway at least 48 hours in advance. All booked events are paid for and it is your responsibility to attend your scheduled time slot. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, no credit can be applied to your account.
Volt Blaster
Q: What is Volt Blaster?
Volt Blaster, also known as Gellyball, is a fun alternative to paintball but without the mess! Players use gel ball guns to shoot small, water-absorbing balls (similar to Orbeez) at targets or other players. It's perfect for exciting, mess-free gameplay.
Q: What is the age requirement for Volt Blaster?
Volt Blaster is suitable for participants aged 5 years and up.
Q: How long is a round of Volt Blaster?
Each round of Volt Blaster lasts for 15 minutes.
Q: How many people can play Volt Blasters at a time?
A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 12 people can play at once.
Q: Can parents watch the game happening?
Yes, parents can watch it on the screen set up at the front door.
Q: Does this hurt like paintball?
No, since we use Orbeez, it doesn’t sting or hurt like paintball, so it’s safe for kids. However, please note that everyone experiences different levels of sensitivity, so pain perception may vary.
Axe Throwing
Q: Can I bring my own axe for axe throwing?
Yes, you can bring your own axe, but it must remain in the axe-throwing area, and the blade must be covered at all times when not in use. Axes cannot be carried around the facility.
Q: What type of games are available for axe throwing?
We offer 11 exciting axe-throwing games for all skill levels, including Standard Target and Zombie Assassin.
Q: How many people can be in an axe-throwing lane?
A maximum of 4 people per lane.
Leagues
Q: Do you have leagues?
Yes, we run racing, pool and axe leagues! Keep an eye on our social media pages for updates or check our website under the "Volt Axe Leagues" and "Volt Race Leagues" tabs.
Q: Do you have to be a certain age to join a league?
You need to be 14 years old and up, but we may open a league for younger racers in the future.
Q: How long do your leagues run for?
The length of our leagues may vary, but they typically run for 12 weeks, with one session per week.
Q: Do you have beginner leagues?
Our leagues are open to all skill levels, so whether you're a beginner or experienced, there's a place for you!
Arcade
Q: What arcade card amounts do you offer?
We offer the following: 60 credits = $15
120 credits + 80 free credits (total 200 credits) = $30
200 credits + 150 free credits (total 350 credits) = $50
300 credits + 260 free credits (total 560 credits) = $75 (Best Value)
800 credits (Four $30 playcards) = $99
1400 credits (Four $50 playcards) = $169
Q: How long can you play with each arcade card amount?
Playtime depends on the games you choose, as each game deducts a specific number of credits from your card balance. For example, if you purchase 200 credits for $30, most arcade games cost 8–10 credits, while a few may cost 12 or 20 credits. This means you could play up to 20 games in total, depending on the games selected.
Food and Beverage
Q: Can I bring outside food?
No, outside food is not allowed as we strive to be a nut-free facility.
Q: Do you serve food at your facility?
Yes! Our Eddie's Restaurant offers a variety of delicious options, including stone-baked pizzas, chicken wings, sandwiches, and beverages.
Q: How many slices are in your pizzas?
Our shareable pizzas are cut into 8 slices, while personal-sized pizzas are cut into 6 slices.
Q: Do you serve alcohol?
Yes, we serve a selection of alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktails. Guests must be 19+ to purchase and consume alcohol. Please note that alcohol is not permitted at the track, and individuals under the influence are not allowed to drive the karts to ensure everyone's safety.

Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends and holidays, to secure your spot.
